With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it offers its guests a communal swimming pool, parking, Wifi, spectacular terrace with a small private garden and only 1 minute walk from the beach.

It has 3 bedrooms, one of them is a suite, with 2 single beds together, private bathroom and balcony, the other one also has 2 single beds together, and the third one can be an office as well as a bedroom, with a folding bed, or a table to work. These last 2 rooms share the second bathroom of the flat.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully renovated and in perfect condition, as well as the dining room and the kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

The most beautiful part of this flat is the terrace / garden, with stunning views of the beach of Sant Pol, and with all the necessary outdoor furniture to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

The flat can only be rented for one month at a time during the months of July and August.
